Tuition fees
For English-taught programmes, tuition typically falls between roughly €3,000 and €8,000 per year. Business, IT and social-science degrees sit at the lower end; medicine, dentistry and some engineering programmes are higher — often €10,000–€15,000 a year.

Smaller cities such as Lublin, Rzeszów or Katowice are cheaper still. A student sharing accommodation can live comfortably below the ranges above.
One-off and mandatory fees
- Application / registration fee: usually a small one-time charge (often €18–€200 depending on the university).
- Health insurance: around PLN 70/month via the national fund (NFZ), or private cover of at least €30,000.
- National (type D) student visa fee: €200 as of 2026.
